In the first part, we have protracted Buddha, Gandhi, Gracie, telling their respective lives, huge battles and amazing victories. In the second part, we have identified and studied their twenty one shared common secrets. Those two first rolling circles (Parts 1 and 2) have constituted a deep and slow spiritual breath in.
Then we put the foundations of Non-Violent Principle Management, as a new theory, coming forward its principles.
Then we began breathing out telling where and why NVP Management should be injected. To continue this deep and slow breath out we offered twenty one ideas to begin NVP Management’s emergence into any organization.
Therefore, we started from three new leaders, highly different from those usually studied in the management field but even more impressive.
For the first time we revealed what Buddha, Gandhi and Gracie have in common and studied them that way. It has generated an extraordinary richness showing them as very different than usual leaders.
A completely new management model was proposed. It could even be used on a wider scale such as worldwide corporate governance. It revealed itself as solid and structuring for tomorrow.
To finish, a lot of new concepts have emerged in the fourth and fifth parts: Nano-Opportunities, HTD Syndrome, Hourglass Paradox, Mirror Game, Ember Trade-Off, Be-To Attitude, Ivy Principle, Women Only Session, Harvest Time Contest, Value Added Windows, Melting Plan, Manager as Well-Being Promoters, NVP Key Indicators, In Between Quotients Generation, NVP Quotients Generation, HQ (Harvest Quotient), TQ (Tolerance Quotient), AIQ (Anti-Ivy Quotient), WBQ (Well-Being Quotient), Baby-sitter syndrome, Inter-Added-Value, Work-Guard Attitude
New areas of thinking were discovered and offered for continuation. The book opens the road to both new ways of thinking business world and researches on new business topics. According to us, the seven principles of NVP Management are an interesting starting point for expanded researches and thinking.
Throughout the book, our way of thinking has remained circular rather than linear. So despite a sequential plan for reader convenience, the five parts of this book have progressed as five rolling circles, each one nourishing the next one, each one fed by the former one.
We then first took a deep and slow spiritual breath in, rested an instant to understand NVP Management and delivered a deep and slow spiritual breath out.
If you agree with the underlying humanism of NVP Management the best is to breath in and out, again and again, as many times as necessary to contribute to renewal.
What this book actually dealt with is the way we will work and live together tomorrow.
